Receiving faxes into Email

GoldFax is very flexible. You can have all received faxes sent to a specific person, a group of users, or placed in a general mailbox such as Faxes Received. Faxes can be PDF or TIFF images. Documents can be multiple pages or split into single pages.

GoldFax can also route faxes into specific mailboxes based on TSID or CSID sent by the calling fax machine, CallerID, DID - virtual fax numbers from your telco provider, DTMF tones provided by your PBX, or which fax line was called.

Receiving faxes into Folders and Document Management Systems

GoldFax can place PDF or TIF images of faxes into Network Folders. Documents can be multiple pages or split into single pages. Any document management system can import the faxes.

GoldFax can route faxes into specific folders based on TSID or CSID sent by the calling fax machine, CallerID, DID - virtual fax numbers from your telco provider, DTMF tones provided by your PBX, or which fax line was called.
