Sending Faxes Using Email - the GoldFax Exchange Connector

GoldFax has a special option for Microsoft Exchange sites to allow their users to send faxes from Outlook. The Exchange Connector is the Fax From Email Gateway software that recognizes fax emails and automatically forwards them to the GoldFax server for processing. It requires that your Exchange administrator set up an SMTP Connector in Exchange (very easy) that points to a virtual domain (such as InternalFax.com or Send.Fax) which is the GoldFax Server.

Attachments are rendered as fax images and the Subject and Message body can be automatically placed on the GoldFax cover page.
