Sending Faxes from an MFP

GoldFax securely faxes paper documents (contracts, applications, receipts, etc.) from any networked MFP. Your MFPs can connect up to the GoldFax server and send faxes. You save money - NO fax boards or phone lines are needed for any MFP.

GoldFax connectors for MFPs

GoldFax has software connectors with advanced MFP integration for Sharp-OSA, HP, Muratec, Samsung, and eCopy-enabled MFPS. You can enter fax numbers, select from phone books, and change cover pages.

GoldFax also has "one button" Scan-to-Email-to-Fax solutions for MFPs

GoldFax can fax enable all MFPs that have a Scan to Email capability: Canon, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera Mita, Muratec, Oce, Okidata, Ricoh, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba, and Xerox. You simply enter the fax number with the GoldFax email internal address your IT staff selects. For example, 7146951010@SEND.FAX will be intercepted by GoldFax and the scanned documents will be faxed to that fax number.

GoldFax gives you complete control and visibility into your faxing

  • GoldFax can notify you by email when the fax has been sent or if it failed (too many busy signals or invalid fax number).
  • From your desktop, you can see a list of faxes you have sent and their status - Pending, Sent, Failed - and take action to resend any fax if needed.
  • Any fax received can be printed to a network printer or MFP.

With GoldFax you avoid time-wasting use of manual fax machines

NO MORE printing out documents, running to the fax machine, waiting for your turn, waiting until the fax goes through, worrying about privacy, filing faxes, and searching for sent or received faxes.
