GoldFax Annual Maintenance
The GoldFax Annual Maintenance Fee covers:
- Technical Assistance - by telephone, email, and remote WebEx session. Our experts are available to help you with any isses that arise.
- New releases of the GoldFax software - containing new features and enhancements and support for new operating systems.
- Updates - from time to time the technical team may recommend refreshing your current GoldFax software with the latest update.
- Bug fixes, error corrections, and improvements - any problem will be repaired or a workaround created to keep you operational.
How is the Annual Maintenance Fee calculated?
The Annual Maintenance Fee for your intial year of service is on the Price Quote you received. It is based on the number of servers, fax lines, users, and optional components. It is increased from a previous year if you expand your license - number of users or fax lines.
Should I pay Annual Maintenance on a fax board?
We strongly recommend it. In case of any failure, you receive a new fax board overnight at no charge. Simply return the original board to us. If you are having telco issues or problems communicating with the fax board, our service technicians can run diagnostics on the fax boards to resolve your technical obstacles.
