GoldFax Server - Windows

GoldFax is a 32bit application that runs on a Windows 2003/2008 server or desktop (for smaller sites). It has optional components for Faxing from Email and a Production API Toolkit.

GoldFax is powerful and flexible. It can support 1 fax line to over 120 fax lines in a single server. It can also be spread out over multiple servers for load balancing and failover protection.

Client Installation

The Windows client interface can be pushed out to users.

Email Notification

The GoldFax server has its own SMTP email server internally for sending out fax notifications.

Communications

The GoldFax software installed on your Windows server connects up to outside phone lines or extensions to your phone system using external or internal fax modems. The fax modems can be analog (regular phone lines) or use digital (T1/E1/BRI) connections.

Installation

GoldFax installation is done remotely via experienced technical support personnel using a WebEx session to guide you through the installation wizards and configuration. If your server and telephone system connections are ready, your GoldFax installation will proceed smoothly.
