GoldFax can also print copies of any faxes received to any printer on your network if you need paper copies of faxes for workflow processing or audits.

With GoldFax you can combine fax routing methods. For example,faxes to different departments in email, save a copy in a network folder, send a copy to your Document Management System, and print a copy in another location.

All routing settings are done through the simple, easy to use Receive Routing tab in the GoldFax Manager interface.
